I know Alice's was much more of a metal joint than punk, but I remember many nights stumbling in there in the wee hours of the early morning for a grilled cheese sammich after partyin' it up elsewhere....... Mostly just because it was always the last place to close down.....

    I always liked Alice's, it was such a dive. Was it an arcade? a diner? a venue? I have fond memories of seeing the Boxcar Kids and the Descendents there.
